PART TWO & YOU Members

1. Membership of PART TWO & YOU

1.1. As a member of PART TWO & YOU, you gain access to a range of exclusive benefits. These include earning points, discounts, saved receipts, and exclusive access to the deal of the month.
1.2. For every euro you spend, you earn 8 points. Once you have earned 1,500 points, you will automatically receive a discount voucher worth €18.75.
1.3. Your points expire 2 years after the date of purchase, and you earn new points every time you shop. Received discount vouchers can be redeemed for 12 months after receipt via email. We operate with a point delay, meaning the points will not be visible as a voucher until 30 days after the purchase that triggered the voucher.
1.4. You also earn points on discounted items, but only half the normal amount. For discounted items, you earn 0.5 points per DKK, and the points are calculated based on the reduced price of the item.
1.5. You must be at least 18 years old to become a member of Part Two & Yo

2.  Acceptance of Terms
2.1. By signing up for our loyalty program and using its benefits, we collect information about you. You can read more about what information we collect, how we process it, and your rights in our Privacy Policy.
2.2. Accepting these terms and our Privacy Policy is a requirement for membership. If you do not accept the terms, unfortunately, we cannot offer you membership.
2.3. A valid email address and mobile phone number are required to become a member.

3. Contacting the Loyalty Club
3.1. If you have any questions about your membership, you are welcome to contact our customer service.

4. Profile
4.1. To register, you must create a profile. On our webshop, you can log in to view and update your personal information and manage your consents.
4.2. Your password is personal and must be kept secure. Do not share it with others. We store your password in encrypted form to ensure its security.
4.3. If you suspect any misuse of your account, please contact our customer service immediately. Please note that we are not liable for any loss or consequences resulting from such misuse.

5. Communication Between the Club and Its Members
5.1. We will keep you informed about important changes, such as updates to our terms. Notifications will be sent via email, SMS, or as a pop-up message when you log in to our webshop.

6. Earning Points
6.1. As a member, you earn 10% of your purchase value in points. These points can be used toward future  purchases during the voucher's validity period.
6.2. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash. Points are credited to your account 30 days after the purchase.

7. Point Adjustments
7.1. If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
7.2. If you delete your profile, all accumulated points will automatically be removed.

8. Membership Cancellation
8.1. If you no longer wish to be a member, you can cancel your membership at any time.
8.2. To delete your profile, please contact our customer service. See contact information. When your profile is deleted, all your points and any active vouchers will also be deleted.

9. Data Storage and Deletion
9.1. We retain your information as long as you have an active profile with us. For more details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to delete your profile and any earned benefits if misuse is detected or the program is discontinued. You will be notified in advance if this occurs.

10. Changes
10.1. We reserve the right to change these terms. You will be informed of any significant updates via the email address you provided, and you will be required to accept the updated terms the next time you log in. The most recent version of the terms will always be available on our webshop.

11. Version
11.1.  These terms were last updated in May 2025 and replace all previous versions.
